The firm’s attorneys participate in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation including extensive motion practice, purchase and sale of assets in bankruptcy, debtor-in-possession financing, and pre-bankruptcy planning. Somer & Heller LLP attorneys have extensive experience in adversary proceedings and other types of litigation filed in bankruptcy cases, including the defense and/or prosecution of fraudulent conveyance and preference issues, and issues involving a debtor’s discharge and/or non-dischargeability of debts.
